Point In Time Survey 2011A study of individuals and families who experience homelessness and the services requested.The Point in Time study was done by the Capital Area Coalition on Homelessness (CACH), an extensive collaboration of non-profit agencies; city, county, and federal representatives; businesses; and foundations that are addressing homelessness in the Capital Area.
